The mission delivers Canada's Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) in Australia, helping Canadian companies expand into the Australian market and connecting Australian buyers and investors with Canadian capabilities. Priority sectors include agriculture and processed foods, clean technologies, defence and security, ICT, infrastructure, life sciences, mining, and oil and gas. Programs include CanExport funding, trade missions, business delegations, and direct trade commissioner support, supported by the CPTPP framework. The mission also provides consular services and is responsible for relations with several Pacific Island nations.
