Business France is the French national agency supporting the international development of the French economy. Created on 1 January 2015 from the merger of UBIFRANCE and the AFII (French Agency for International Investments), it operates under the joint supervision of the Ministry of Economy & Finance and the Ministry for Europe & Foreign Affairs. The agency promotes French exports, attracts foreign investment into France, and runs the V.I.E. international internship program. From its Sydney office at Level 35, St Martins Tower (31 Market Street), Business France Australia covers both Australia and New Zealand, supporting French companies entering the ANZ market and helping ANZ investors explore opportunities in France. It connects French exporters with local buyers, distributors and partners across sectors including agritech, healthtech, cleantech, fintech and luxury. Globally it has roughly 1,500 staff across more than 50 countries.
