About
The Australia UAE Business Council (AUSUAEBC) is a bilateral, member-based business council established in 2020 to deepen trade, investment, and commercial ties between Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia, with an additional presence in Barton, ACT, the council provides members with privileged access to senior decision-makers in business and government across both countries. Activities include business delegations, industry working groups, private roundtables, embassy events, and high-level networking. The council is closely aligned with the implementation of the Australia-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) and supports collaboration in priority areas such as critical minerals, renewable energy, infrastructure, AI and data centres, food security, and agriculture. Membership is structured in Foundation, Gold, and Silver tiers, with notable corporate members including GFG Alliance, Metrics Credit Partners, Fleet Space Technologies, SunRice, KPMG, GHD, and the University of Newcastle. The council partners with bodies such as the Australian Pavilion and the UAE-UK Business Council to amplify bilateral engagement.
