The Australian Banking Association (ABA) is the peak industry body representing 20 member banks across Australia, including the four major banks, iconic regional banks, and international banks with Australian licenses. It advocates for a strong, competitive, and innovative banking industry that delivers excellent and equitable outcomes for customers. The ABA works with governments, regulators, and stakeholders to improve public awareness of the industry's economic contributions and ensure customers benefit from a stable, competitive, and accessible banking system.
