Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH)
The Australasian Institute of Digital Health (AIDH) is Australasia's peak body for digital health, serving as a united voice for health informatics and digital health leaders and practitioners. Launched in February 2020 through the merger of the Health Informatics Society of Australia (HISA) and the Australasian College of Health Informatics (ACHI), AIDH's vision is 'healthier lives, digitally enabled'. It focuses on three priority areas: providing independent global leadership and advocacy to advance health innovation; building digital health capability in the healthcare workforce through education and credentials like Certified Health Informatician Australasia (CHIA); and fostering community engagement via networks, events, and ideas exchange.
