The ASEAN Chamber of Commerce Inc. is a non-profit organisation formed on 13 July 2018 and headquartered on St Georges Terrace in the Perth CBD, Western Australia. The chamber exists to connect Australian companies with counterparts across the ten ASEAN member states (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) through advocacy, networking and relationship-building. As a small bilateral chamber, its visible activity is concentrated on member introductions and regional engagement rather than large-scale grants or export finance. It positions itself as a bridge for businesses seeking entry into Southeast Asian markets from Western Australia, and conversely for ASEAN businesses interested in WA.
