AmCham Australia is the leading bilateral chamber connecting US and Australian businesses through advocacy, networking, trade missions, and access to executive-level commercial opportunities across both markets.

    About

The American Chamber of Commerce in Australia (AmCham) is Australia's largest and most prestigious international business organisation, founded in 1961 to promote two-way trade and investment between the United States and Australia. With chapters in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth, AmCham represents the interests of US and Australian businesses across the bilateral commercial relationship. The chamber runs a robust events program connecting CEOs, executives and senior business professionals, and partners with the U.S. Commercial Service and Austrade to deliver inbound and outbound business missions. Members access market intelligence, policy advocacy and curated networking opportunities at the executive level. It is part of the global AmCham network of more than 100 chambers worldwide, including 21 across the Asia-Pacific region. The organisation is led by CEO April Palmerlee and is a member-funded, non-profit body headquartered in Sydney.

    Why Work With Us

AmCham gives US companies entering Australia (and vice versa) direct access to a senior executive network, government and trade-mission channels, and bilateral advocacy that smooths market entry.
